Sassy, contemporary BOB! The “BOB” is a classic style that has seen many updated versions. Last year, Posh Spice sported a geometric interpretation that was affectionately referred to as “The Pob.”

Suitable for:

The ideal cut for a round face, although it also looks fab on oblong and oval shapes. Hair texture can range from fine to coarse, wavy to straight. Highlights, lowlights and many forms of dimensional color kick this classic to new heights!

Styling:

Maintenance: Medium to high depending upon wave

Time: 10 to 20 minutes

Techniques: Blow dry, Flat or 1½ curling iron

Products:
Pureology Root Boost (great line for color treated hair)
Aguage Defining Gel (wavy hair)
Aquage Molding Mega Gel (medium hair without wave)
Aquage Working Spray
Aquage Beyond Shine (fine, medium texture)
Chi Shine Infusion (coarse hair)

Styling Steps:

Apply Root Boost to crown and top of head

Apply desired gel to remaining hair

Blow dry with fingers to 80% dry

Paddle or round brush hair in desired direction until 100% dry, but do not over dry.

Take small sections at crown, bangs and around face and spray with spritz lightly with Working Spray and desired shine/heat protection product.

Using desired iron, shape hair from scalp to ends to shape face and create desired volume

Finish style with additional Working and Shine spray
